**Responsibilities:**
1. Maintain accurate financial records through diligent bookkeeping.
2. Prepare and maintain cash flow statements and balance sheets.
3. Generate and send invoices to clients.
4. Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and manage receivables.
5. Communicate directly with clients to address any invoicing or payment issues.
6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably completed an internship.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
4. Proficiency in QuickBooks, other accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
