Job Description

As an Account Manager at Boutique Agency Network, your role is crucial in maintaining and growing relationships with clients while overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns.

Your primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are understood and met.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, marketing strategies, and target audiences to provide strategic guidance and campaign recommendations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss campaign progress, address concerns, and present new ideas or proposals.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any issues or requests.

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams (creative, media, production) to develop effective advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key insights and opportunities for the client’s campaigns.
  • Translate client objectives into clear and actionable briefs for creative and media teams.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

Campaign Execution and Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s expectations.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling advertising concepts, messages, and visuals.
  • Collaborate with media planners to determine the most effective media channels and placements for reaching the target audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, market trends, and client feedback.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and motivate account management teams, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, production, and digital, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts and develop strategies to upsell or expand services.
  • Actively participate in new business pitches and proposal development, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and expertise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in account management at an advertising agency or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, advertising techniques, and digital media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used for campaign management and reporting.
