We are on the lookout for a talented Account Manager who is ready to play a pivotal role in growing our TikTok Marketing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, nurturing strong relationships and effectively communicating the agency’s services and offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and preferences, translating them into effective TikTok strategies and content.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions, providing regular updates on account progress, performance metrics, and strategic insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content planners and videographers, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client partnerships based on their evolving needs and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to provide clients with innovative and timely recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client account management, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • A strong understanding of short-form content platforms, particularly TikTok, and how they can be leveraged for brand marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts, balancing their needs and ensuring their success.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
