Job Description

Account Manager

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Identify up-selling opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue.
Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to effectively position and sell Google products and solutions that meet their needs.
Managing the entire sales process from generating leads to closing deals
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Google products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
Negotiate and close up-selling deals, ensuring contract terms and pricing meet both customer and company objectives.
Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to management on account status, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a recognized university is expected and for those with other Degrees, preference will be given to those with a qualification in Information Technology or related subjects.
The ability to display excellent interpersonal skills, independent judgment, and initiative are necessary.
Good understanding on Cloud computing & Google products will be an added advantage
Commitment to self learning and regular Training
Minimum 2 years of Working experience IT Sales experience with B2B approach would be added advantage.
