- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Identify up-selling opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to effectively position and sell Google products and solutions that meet their needs.
- Managing the entire sales process from generating leads to closing deals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Google products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close up-selling deals, ensuring contract terms and pricing meet both customer and company objectives.
- Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to management on account status, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a recognized university is expected and for those with other Degrees, preference will be given to those with a qualification in Information Technology or related subjects.
- The ability to display excellent interpersonal skills, independent judgment, and initiative are necessary.
- Good understanding on Cloud computing & Google products will be an added advantage
- Commitment to self learning and regular Training
- Minimum 2 years of Working experience IT Sales experience with B2B approach would be added advantage.
