Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our factory team as an Accreditation and Quality Assurance Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and maintaining quality assurance processes within our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Accreditation Compliance: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accreditation standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
2. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to accreditation processes, including policies, procedures, and quality assurance records.
3. Quality Assurance Audits: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance audits, including conducting internal audits and assisting with external audits.
4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
5. Training and Education: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to promote awareness and understanding of accreditation requirements and quality assurance practices.
6. Data Analysis: Analyze accreditation and quality assurance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
7. Communication and Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on accreditation and quality assurance activities, outcomes, and progress to share with stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as quality management, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience or internship in accreditation, quality assurance in FMCG, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements applicable to the F&B industry.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
