Job Description


As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily support operations of the company and planning efficient administrative procedures. Your role will involve ensuring that all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to facilitate the smooth functioning of other departments.


  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and identify ways to improve processes
  • Recruit and train personnel, allocate responsibilities, and manage office space
  • Assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure smooth flow of information within the company to support other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and purchase new materials within budget constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses for budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons such as electricians
  • Organize and supervise other office activities, including recycling, renovations, and event planning
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Stay updated with organizational changes and business developments
  • Manage company assets, staff accommodation (if applicable), and set up new offices as required
  • Perform other tasks and assignments necessary for operational needs


  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration or a related course
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental policies, and legal regulations
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Team player with leadership skills
