Job Description

We are hiring Associated Team Leads for HR related operations department.
Requirements:

2 years’ experience in BPO industry/ operational department.
A graduate or an undergraduate in HR or any other disciplines.
Good communication & PR skills.
Good computer literacy (Proficiency in word, excel and creative designing will be advantageous).
A good team player who is flexible and willing to partner change management initiatives.
Good leadership skills.

Responsibility:

Lead a team of 3 to 5 members.
Stakeholder management through professional communications of meetings, emails etc.
Contribute towards continuously improving operational processes.
Handle, client, and other stakeholders professionally through phone and through email communications.
Overlook system with correct and efficient data input.
