Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join a well-reputed company located at the World Trade Center in Colombo 01.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management – Vendor registration on the system, PO creation & Payment processing, issuing cheques, and maintaining a register.
  • Foreign Travel Arrangements – Obtaining quotations, tickets, visas, accommodation & transportation arrangements. Preparing travel budgets for approvals.
  • Booking and follow-up.
  • Coordination of procuring pantry items & stationery – Maintaining records & control. Timely processing for payment settlements.
  • Vendor Agreements – Internal coordination on vendor agreement renewals.
  • Working on Medtronic systems for creating eCATS for event participation, etc.
  • Sample processing and record keeping – Managing sample inventory.
  • Distributor commission payout processing.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in similar work.
  • Experience in working on systems.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Knowledge of the shipping process and experience working with import & export will be an added qualification.
