Job Description

Newtimes Group, an international garment agency specializes in the sourcing, product development and supply chain management of apparel, accessories and home products, with a global team of over 1,500 employees.

Responsibilities:

Prepare yearly and monthly management and financial reports
Ensure adherence to local and international statutory requirements and communicate to head office
Manage all tax matters and ensure compliance with local law
Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data
Assist in daily accounting work
Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, and filing
Handle payroll & related statutory matters
Manage general administration tasks such as Social Security, Insurance, etc.
Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years working in sizable companies, experience in garment industry would be an advantage
Proficient in ERP system and MS Office, especially in Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
Good command of both spoken and written English
