Key Result Areas:

  • Understanding talent level requirements and assisting to drive Talent strategy
  • Identification of internal gaps and tune-in the talent pool to meet future challenges
  • Develop talent capacity with result-oriented implementation of L&D interventions based on Talent Development Architecture
  • Enhance required team synergies and collectively bring out their best to meet operational goals
  • Define and monitor competency standards in the changing talent landscape using proven mechanisms in talent development
  • Support in driving a robust workforce strategy of the people agenda ensuring achievement of workforce shaping milestones 

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:

  • Specialized BSc, MSc or Master’s in HR from a recognized university.
  • 5-8+ years’ proven experience in similar in a junior managerial role in talent and learning development in MNC/MNE/Blue-chip environment
  • Expertise driving and implementing talent Development and staff Engagements
  • Envisioning the future talent and building the talent pipeline for business operational excellence
  • Driving the graduate trainee GT20 program from employer branding to managing the full employee life cycles  
  • Courage for whirling adaptability and fostering change with admirable hope and courage for endurance and resilience with undeterred focus and purpose
  • Candidates with high potential and drive for excellence with proven track record will be considered and evaluated for the job role
