Job Description

Job Requirements:

Actively manage operations, mitigate risks and timely update the progress to stake holders,
Communicate with clients frequently, understand their needs and meet their requirements and manage deliverables on time
Introduce new ideas, technology solutions and tools, and processes to support performance based corporate culture
Resourceful in providing solutions to solve day to day operational issues
Manage project teams for efficient and effective performance
Coordinate with other supportive group to accomplish task in timely manner
Manages the smooth and successful launch and completion of new project tasks assigned by the superior, ensuring all critical items and stepsare addressed effectively
Ensure all the operational delays and problem that may adversely affect project quality and turn around time are resolved in a timely manner

Ideal Candidate Should Be:

Should possess bachelor`s degree in Business / Project Management / Business in IT and equivalent
Organization skills and flexibility to move from priority to priority, which are essential to role that manages a variety of functions and projects
Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills
“A” player personality with strong analytical skills
Understanding of latest IT trends and ability use technology as part of solutions
Experience working for a BPO company would be an added advantage
