Job Description

We invite applications from qualified dynamic team players with excellent interpersonal and proven records with the under-mentioned requisites, selection criteria will focus on candidates preferably aged below 40 years.


  • Attract students for CIPM Professional study programs and deliver superior business results based on monthly and annual targets.
  • Ensure the viability of the CIPM Kandy Center by maintaining positive financial results, student intake, and effective cost management.
  • Provide high–end service quality to CIPM Students, Resource personnel, and all other stakeholders.
  • Ensure Operational efficiency by maintaining error-free records on financials, business processes, student management, and staff management and adherence to rules, regulations, processes, and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure logistical arrangements for conducting study Programmes smoothly.
  • Engage with private and public sector organizations, Universities, Schools, etc. for positive business results.
  • Organize career guidance programs for schools in the region to create awareness of CIPM among students.


  • A bachelor’s degree or full Professional Qualification in Business Management / Business Administration/ Marketing from a recognized University/ Institution or any other professional qualification accepted by the CIPM.
  • Over five (5) years of post-qualifying experience, including a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in handling similar work.
  • The candidate we are looking for should be dynamic, results-oriented, a positive thinker, and with potential career progression.
  • Fluency in the English Language both in verbal and written forms.
  • Candidate should have excellent computer literate.
  • Ability to work during weekends and will entitle to get off days on weekdays.
