Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition at HNB FINANCE located in Colombo. The Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing selection processes. Additionally, the Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
  • Demonstrated experience with utilizing effective sourcing strategies and techniques, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines
