Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must be knowledgeable of all Local and international regulations for the product being produced.
• Responsible for the quality control aspects of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain the corporate quality manual and quality records.
• Review and report the principal causes of quality loss and non-conformance, arrange, coordinate, and participate in quality audits.
• Implement and maintain the quality management systems and ensure continuing compliance with relevant quality standards are implemented and maintained.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, food science, crop science, plantation management, or other related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in orchard management is required with Managerial experience.
• Working with Global GAP and SMETA certifications is added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good planning and problem-solving skills
