Job Description

The solution can be both a standalone app and an all-in-one hardware/software point-of-sale kiosk, enabling businesses to process more orders efficiently and integrating with top payment integration partners.

At Applova, we are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The main responsibilities of this role include driving customer onboarding, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
  • Assist customers in having a smooth onboarding experience with Applova
  • Carefully set up customer menus in the system
  • Respond to customer support requests via email and calls promptly
  • Coordinate with the team to provide necessary support to customers

Desired skills and experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Efficient data entry skills
  • Sufficient business acumen and exceptional customer service approach
  • Ability to understand technology and troubleshoot issues
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience
