Job Description

Looking for a HR adventure in the IT world? Join our dynamic team as an Associate HR Executive and play a pivotal role in attracting, nurturing and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations, in a confidential and organized manner.
Support employee relations efforts by providing guidance and assistance on HR-related inquiries, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance and evaluating program effectiveness.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to special HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a HR role at a IT Company is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft or Google applications.
