Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for driving the achievement of sales targets through successful execution of product sales strategies. The Associate Product Manager will align the sales strategies for assigned products in respective markets and implement these strategies to achieve sales targets through direct sales and channel sales. The Associate Product Manager is also responsible for planning sales forecasts and leading assigned resources in the long term.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:


  • Achieving Sales and Loading targets assigned to the Market (Top Line revenue and GP) on a Quarterly and Annual basis
  • Planning and Execution of Product strategies for the Market
  • Continuous lead generation through Direct sales and Channel sales while ensuring License renewals
  • Channel partner development, recruitment, and relationship management
  • Maintaining a healthy funnel for the products 3X greater than the target value
  • Maintaining a close relationship with OEM teams to drive the product strategies (Sales, Marketing, and Channels)
  • Timely submission of reports for the senior management team and OEMs
  • Developing channel sales for established products
  • Conducting customer and partner presentations of product and sales strategies independently
  • Providing leadership for the resources aligned permanently or on a project basis in executing product strategies
  • Timely collection of payments by closely coordinating with product coordinators
  • Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a similar capacity
