  • Work during the 3 PM – 12 AM IST shift from the R&D Center in Sri Lanka.
  • Collaborate closely with the back office team to deliver projects to U.S.-based clients.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Create a detailed project plan, manage and monitor its execution.
  • Proactively prepare for upcoming deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders and clients.
  • Efficiently manage changes and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to internal teams on behalf of clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Expected Qualifications and Skills:

  • IT/CS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong business sense
  • PMP or any project management certification would be an advantage
  • Experience working with foreign clients, especially U.S. clients
  • Work experience in the HR domain would be an advantage
