Responsibilities:

  • Work during the 3 PM – 12 AM IST shift from the R&D Center in Sri Lanka.
  • Work closely with the back office team to deliver projects to US-based clients.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Define a detailed project plan – manage, monitor, and ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan.
  • Proactively prepare for all upcoming deliverables.
  • Identify risks with the project early and take steps to avoid/minimize the impact of these risks.
  • Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders, including clients.
  • Manage changes efficiently and communicate the impact of changes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the client’s expectations.
  • Represent the client to internal teams while providing leadership, guidance, and support.
  • Manage multiple projects at a time.

Expected Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Strong business sense.
  • PMP or any project management certification would be an advantage.
  • Worked with foreign clients (especially US Clients).
  • Work experience in the HR domain would be an advantage.
