Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and Develop a team of professional and talented Devops Engineers.
Achieve Service uptime and infrastructure cost reduction targets.
Manage the Deployment Train and emergency releases.
Build, manage and optimize the CICD Pipeline.
Conduct research on latest tools and technologies and provide recommendations
Manage monitoring and alerting mechanisms
Take proactive actions on alerts by routing through the relevant application and support teams
Manage renewals, recertification’s and upgrades of the tool stack
Vendor Management
Facilitate support required by L2 support team to resolve incidents and problems

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of IT experience including 2 years as a Devops Lead
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science / Information Systems
An established history of working Agile based Product development environment
Experience in dockerization, CICD principles and tools
Experience in Cloud based platforms (GCP, Azure)
Experience in Linux and Windows operating systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
Ability to manage different and difficult stakeholders
Show accountability and end to end ownership and provide an example to others
