We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Audit Supervisor for our external audit team. Please review the list of responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage audit engagements by planning, executing and completing.
• Manage and lead a team of auditors by providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify areas of improvement in clients’ internal controls and provide recommendations for enhancement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging risks to ensure effective risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fully/Part qualified in CA Sri Lanka / CIMA (UK) / ACCA (UK).
• Proven experience in audit and assurance, ideally with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Top-notch communication skills.
• Exceptional English language proficiency (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ideal candidate should possess basic IT knowledge & familiarity with Google Workspace Products is an added advantage (training will be provided).
