Roles and Responsibilities
• Located inside the assign bank
• Greet and establish connections with walk-in consumers while selling them life insurance
products
• Identify life products to cross-sell, up-sell, and solicit new business from the bank’s clientele
• Develop, maintain, and expand connections with the branch manager and personnel in the
branch to which they are assigned in order to generate bancassurance leads and bancassurance
business
• Establish, maintain, and expand connections with current and prospective clients
• Deliver customer service and engage in business conservation activities
• Function as the point of contact for policies servicing and claims between the client and our
back office
• Make cold calls based on lead-based data to meet sales targets and increase sales
• Visit prospective clients at the desired location and close the calls
Candidate Requirement
• Candidate who believe in targets and achievements
• Preferably at least one year of experience in Life Insurance / Takaful or Sales
• Sound knowledge of various insurance terms
• Excellent oral and written interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate
