Job Title: Bubble No-Code Platform Expert

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Bubble specialist with a minimum of 3 years and ideally 5 years or more in Bubble platform development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of no-code systems, specifically Bubble-based, with a willingness to learn or prior experience with other no-code platforms. If you are proficient in the development of complex applications using Bubble, it will be a significant bonus. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing our no-code systems to ensure they align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Bubble-based systems.
• Manage and coordinate the work of our remote development team.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of all no-code systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to identify system requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
• Manage system upgrades and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Bubble updates, no-code industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years, ideally 5 years or more, of proven experience in Bubble platform development, including custom app development.
• Experience or willingness to learn other no-code platform development.
• Strong understanding of no-code business processes and systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a remote team environment.
