Job Description

OrangeHRM Inc. Head Quarters is based in the US and develops the world’s most widely used open source human resource management software. At OrangeHRM, we adopt the latest practices in software engineering that enable us to rapidly meet the demands of our global user base.

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team. You will closely with our clients and prospects to document their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and document them in effective ways
  • Regularly communicate to the stakeholders including the clients about the project progress
  • Manage changes to the requirements efficiently, and communicate to the stakeholders on the impact of them
  • Represent the client to the internal teams while providing the leadership, guidance and the support to them when it comes to the business requirements
  • Managing multiple projects/tasks at a time

Required knowledge & skills for the placement

  • A degree in IT/CS or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
  • Strong business sense
  • Willingness to play customer facing roles
  • Potential to quickly learn and improve the skills in a fast moving business environment

Competencies and Skills

  • MS Office
  • CIMA (Added advantage)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the similar field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science 
  • Extensive experience in business analysis and end to end process design
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, written visual) – able to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation, excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adopt the most effective requirements modelling method for the given situation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments in a global team.
