Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development Associate at our IT, Software, and Web Development company. As a growing company, we are seeking talented professionals with a strong background in sales to join our team.

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business growth by attracting new clients and building strong relationships with them.
Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create effective strategies and promotional materials.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:

Resides in or around Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent English writing and speaking skills are essential for effective communication.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work full-time onsite.
