Chesmi Consolidated Pvt Limited is a leading distributor of telecommunication products and services in Sri Lanka. Our areas of expertise also cover property development and management, hospitality, and tourism.

We are Looking for Energetic, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our team for the post of Business Development Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee our company’s luxury property portfolio, and create and execute marketing strategies to ensure maximum occupancy rates and profitability. 
• Working with creative agencies, professionals, and government entities to plan and execute various projects, ensuring timely approvals and delivery. 
• Conduct extensive research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the market and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Manage company’s social media channels, create engaging content, and promptly respond to customer inquiries and feedback.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Commerce or CIM/SLIM or any other similar qualification.
• Minimum 03 years of experience in Hospitality Marketing, Branding, or related field.
• Experience in Digital/Social media marketing and Creative designing.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office package.
