Role Description

If you answered yes, then we believe you could be the perfect fit for our Business Development Executive position!


  • Research and source new leads for Keynotive events and trainings, maintaining an active sales pipeline.
  • Exceed individual sales targets, consistently achieving exceptional results within specified timelines.
  • Conduct daily productive calls and engaging pitches to maximize success.
  • Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities across our diverse training portfolio (Finance, Pharma, HR, Energy, Oil & Gas).
  • Provide support for efficient revenue collection on completed sales.
  • Collaborate closely with team managers, providing detailed feedback on event and sales campaign progress.
  • Proactively follow up on all leads, delivering excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships.

This is an on-site role based in our office in Colombo 05, Sri Lanka.
