Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients and target markets.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and sales displays.
Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives on a consistent basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, preferably in a BPO industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients or attend industry events.
