Job Role.
· Build & manage relationships with existing clients/ potential new clients.
· Support and advice on business planning, pricing surveys and promotional activities.
· Ability to prepare sales reports and other relevant documentations.
· Regular follow up of all the service inquiries/replying to emails.
· Prepare sales invoices/Regular follow up of creditors.
· Maintain close rapport/relationship with operational executives and engineers/Agents and other stake holders.
· Visit existing customers and potential customers on a recurring basis.
· Develop & maintain database and provide reports.
· Organize meeting/seminars & workshops.
· Plan & develop E-Commerce strategies.
Key requirements
· A degree or Professional qualifications in Marketing /Business Management/operations
· Minimum 03-year experience in similar capacity (Prior experience in service marketing would be an added advantage). Prior experience in Shipping & Maritime Industry is an advantage
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Good telephone communication & promotion skills
· Sound Computer literacy skills
· Ability to work under minimum supervision.
· Ability to work on extended hours.
