Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive with a proven track record in Property Management and Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in overseeing the acquisition, leasing, and management of both commercial and residential properties. In addition, they must have a solid understanding of Social Media Management and Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide expert advice and recommendations.
Create and deliver compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
Skilfully negotiate contracts and secure agreements with clients.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all sales activities.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience within the Property Management & Real Estate Industry.
Flexibility to work weekends when necessary.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint packages.
Possesses a proactive and energetic attitude, embodying a “Go Getter” mindset.
