Job Description

We are expanding.

Yara Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing EdFinTech company that is rapidly transforming the school ecosystem through digital communication, integrated e-learning, AI-driven data analytics, and FinTech solutions. We are a diverse organization with females holding key leadership positions.

We are looking for entrepreneurial and dynamic individuals with 2-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management to join our team as a “Sales Lead,” with the opportunity to earn very attractive performance-based above-market commissions/incentives.

The role encompasses:

Client Relationship Management with our partner schools
Lead generation and research-driven creation of a funnel of quality prospects
Help set up, coordinate, and follow up on meetings
Administrative help in setting up new product lines and coordination with partner schools

Skills Required:

Excellent command of English and Sinhala/Tamil, both spoken and written
Ability to travel, work independently, and be self-motivated
Partial CIM or Banking qualifications
