Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by generating leads, managing clients, and securing new website development projects. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Your expertise in market research and industry trends will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities and formulating effective strategies to position our services. 

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to generate leads and convert them into successful projects.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive analysis, and potential target markets.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, including initial contact, needs assessment, negotiation, contract signing, and post-project follow-up.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, competitor activities, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field is preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years’ prior industry-related business development experience
  • Strong knowledge of website development processes, technologies, and emerging trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying new business opportunities.
