Subordination to Country Manager Kazakhstan

Location: West Kazakhstan

Region of Responsibility: West Kazakhstan (Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Uralsk)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing planned sales targets in all sales channels in the territory
  • Coordinates the work of the distributor’s team
  • Promotes sales growth, product distribution, trade marketing activities, sales and market share goals, and cost control.
  • Participates in intensive training for the distributor team
  • Introduces modern methods of working with key industry clients.
  • Performs regular analysis of reports on sales, distribution and profitability, and provides recommendations based on the analysis.
  • Prepares short and long-range sales plans and strategies utilizing available sales and marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
  • Negotiates plans and conditions with customers.
  • Introduces new products/services to clients and organizes visits to drive sales expansion.
  • Possesses and applies detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of clients’ businesses.
  • Maintains and retains long-term customer relationships with established clients.
  • Ensures that clients receive high-quality customer service.
  • Involves appropriate sales representatives when clients have additional service needs.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Key account management experience
  • The successful candidate must have strong managerial skills (both in terms of building business processes and leading a team).

Leadership Competencies:

Technical Skills:

  • English (intermediate)
  • Advanced PC user

Driving license: Category B
