Job Description

Business Development Manager – Software

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager who has experience in SaaS OR Software/some form of Technical Sales to join our sales team.

Do you have excellent experience in software-related Corporate Sales/Business Development by connecting with HRs or Senior Managers or C-level?

Could you get excited at the prospect of joining an AI-related SaaS business?

Your Responsibilities:

·Identifying, engaging with, and qualifying outbound prospects to generate sales opportunities.

·Multi-channel prospecting, including meeting, email, video, phone, and LinkedIn, aided by quality content.

·Achieve monthly & annual sales and activity targets.

·Manage end-to-end sales and after-sales operational activities with the clients.

·Manage a pipeline of outstanding quotations to ensure monthly targets are met.

·Respond to all customer inquiries as per their expectation or agreed-on SLA.

·Ensuring your sales leads are professionally followed up.

·Regularly complete and adhere to an individual sales plan, activity report, and accurate sales forecast within the timescales required.

·Educating prospects about key issues affecting them and articulating the benefits.

·Owning our outreach tools and reporting on your learnings backed by data.

·Accurately prepare and present contracts and associated paperwork to prospective clients.

·Experimenting with outbound campaigns.

You must have:

·Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Sales & Business Development.

·An energetic and motivated individual who can come and add value to the team from day 1.

·You thrive in a fast, dynamic, and ambitious culture that prioritizes collaboration, openness, and continuous learning.

·Process-oriented and goal-driven individual with a hunger to learn.

·Strong sales based.

·A natural relationship builder.

·Evidence of successful sales experience from within a related target-driven environment or the thirst to get into a sales role to grow their skillset.

·Experience in telephone or face-to-face customer negotiations.

·Experience in creating new business opportunities.

·Excellent analytical & customer service skills.

·Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

·An interest in technology.

·Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
