Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue B2B opportunities, all while working remotely.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients, focusing on short IT-related workshops, trainings, and professional IT courses.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team, fostering a high-performance culture and achieving targets.
  • Conduct market research online to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Represent at virtual industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and forge partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT and Education industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with the IT training and education industry is highly desirable.
