Job Description

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager for our client’s Pharmaceutical Division will play a crucial role in shaping our market strategy, managing a dedicated marketing team, and fostering connections with medical professionals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion to achieve revenue targets.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives to effectively promote our pharmaceutical products and solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, and key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to drive growth by targeting healthcare institutions, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
