- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and new market opportunities.
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to establish partnerships and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the company’s products and services.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop business development strategies and action plans, aligning them with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse competitors’ activities, products, and strategies to identify market trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyse market trends, sales data, and customer insights to develop accurate revenue forecasts and set realistic sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to business development, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, BA, or equivalent.
- 2+Years Hands-on experience with BD in IT or related fields with global clientele.
- Hands on experience in outreaching, lead generation and outreach tools such as sales navigator, crunch base, Apollo, etc.
- Ability to work with minimal Supervision.
- Willingness to learn, and adapt to a rapidly changing industry.
- Advanced skills in customer relationship management and change management.
- The ideal candidate should be self-driven, demonstrating a strong motivation to achieve KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
