Job Description


The scope of work would include developing business and increasing the market share by providing customized solutions for products related to Solar Systems. The role should provide direct involvement in sales and marketing teams to acquire new customer accounts as well as service existing accounts.

Candidates Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing/Science or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales/marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/marketing in a similar capacity.
  • Analysis of market data, trends, and customer needs in order to advise executive management concerning market opportunities and threats in line with the long-term organizational strategy.
  • Maintaining and building relationships with important market parties, internal sales organizations, business units, and branch organizations.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.
  • Setting out strategic direction in collaboration and management with the Regional Sales Teams.
  • Should be able to contribute effectively to the company’s plan for expansion.
  • Basic financial and business administration skills.
  • A high degree of analytical and conceptualization skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
