Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
– Work with business partners, workforce planning, and hiring managers to understand current and future skills needed.
– Develop and maintain multiple channels and networks to build a diverse and reliable sourcing pool.
– Design and implement a recruiting plan for assigned positions.
– Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
– Issue offer letters and ensure employment contracts are issued upon acceptance.
– Produce periodic updates to inform management about recruitment challenges and progress.
– Maintain records of each staffing type.
– Stay updated on applicable laws, regulations, and trends in recruitment.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
– 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment and/or Human Resources Management.
– Experience in managing teams and providing leadership.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent field.
– Strong organizational, facilitation, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.
– Excellent attention to detail, administrative skills, and interpersonal relationship skills.
– Knowledge of local labor and employment laws.
– Experience in recruiting professional and technical positions.
– Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and effectively network across all levels.
– Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Sinhala and/or Tamil.
– Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
