Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive career assessments and assist clients in identifying their strengths, interests, and goals.
• Provide one-on-one career counselling sessions to support clients in exploring various career paths and making informed decisions.
• Develop customized career development plans for each client, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labour market information to provide accurate and relevant advice.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic career goals and provide ongoing support and accountability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in career counselling, vocational guidance, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of career assessment tools, job market trends, and employment resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and establish trust.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
• Professional certifications or affiliations in career counselling or coaching are a plus.
