Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, adhering to UPS guidelines for package acceptance and handover.
• Provide accurate and timely rate quotations to customers.
• Efficiently manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, striving to deliver exceptional service.
• Collect valuable feedback from customers and prospects, and effectively communicate it to relevant internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions.
• Familiarity with marketing and negotiation techniques is a plus.
• Previous experience in the courier, logistics, or supply-chain industry is advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive and results-driven approach.
