Job Description
Ownership of the organizations “Integrated Business Plan’.
Monitoring and analysis of Category and Channel performance and trends.
Manging total trade budgets, while optimizing profitability.
Creating and executing trade/ shopper promotions and campaigns.
Ownership of promo networks.
Input for all trade / customer related MOU / JBPs.
Input to company S&OP.
Ownership of all trade plans for Launches and Re-launches.
Running retail solution projects in DT / MT – Plannogrammes / CTA / POSM
Initiating shopper studies and creating insights.
Coordination with Sales teams / brand team / Supply Chain & Finance to deliver organizations KPIs.

Ideal Candidate
1. Experience of more than 05 years in General Trade and Modern Trade with understanding of daily operations and the shopper.
2. Individual who can work independantly.
3. A logical, out-of-box, strategic thinker.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
