Job Description

This position is Responsible for the SME Asset & Liability portfolio of the bank, driving and overseeing the SME strategy across our branch Network.

Candidate Profile

• MBA from a recognised university or equivalent.
• Degree in Business Administration/ Business Management with at least 5 years experience in a similar capacity.

Other Prerequisites

• Proven track records in multiproduct sales & relationship management environment for SME banking.
• Strong understanding of banking products, especially credit and trade products.
• Strong people management, leadership skills and ability to influence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clear sales focus.
• Good knowledge of regulatory and general banking policies/procedures
• Expertise in the area of high-end or Mid-Market customers.
• Background in Project Financing.
