As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, managing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
• Acquire, keep and grow clients
• Client servicing and key account management
• Working on the sales process using CRM and other sales-related tools to prepare sales proposals
• Coordinating between the sales team and marketing team
• Responsible for the revenue generation and client handling overall
• Achieving the individual targets assigned
Qualifications
• Relevant qualifications in business administration, marketing, communications or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems(preferably ZOHO), project management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Sales and negotiation skills (advantageous).
