Coordinator for Clinical/ Research products and Patient Management.
Responsibilities :
1. Knowledge transfer : knowledge transfer of our products to relevant clients.
2. Product Penetration: spread awareness and drive sales from the products we offer.
3. Patient/ Client communication and resolution.
4. Handling frontline research and commercial inquiries.
5. Report routing to customers.
6. Logistics and overlooking sample routing to the relevant facilities.
7. Inventory Management.
8. Maintaining Client / Patient databases
9. Arranging MDTs with consultants to fulfill patient requirements if necessary.
Skills:
1. Have sufficient knowledge on Molecular Technology ( BSc / MSc )
2. Good communication skills.
3. Management skills.
4. Problem solving skills.
5. Team Player and be able to coordinate well with different teams.
6. Able to use Microsoft Office package.
