Job Description

The Job

Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in the industry to inform product strategy and development.
Identify opportunities for new products or services that can help the company stay ahead of the competition and meet future customer needs.
Ensure the company is well-positioned for future market opportunities and challenges.
Provide technical guidance to design and propose solutions that meet customer requirements.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide consultations on the best solution.
Develop SDN technology strategy for the ICT BU by identifying market gaps and potential opportunities.
Identify and evaluate technological developments in the converged connectivity area.
Prepare and submit technical documentation and proposals to support sales operations.
Provide technical training to the sales team and other relevant stakeholders on new products and solutions.
Assist in the technical evaluation of proposals and participate in customer meetings and presentations as required.
Identify new technology trends and provide feedback for product development.

The Person

BSc Degree in Engineering from a recognized university
MBA would be an added advantage
10+ years of experience in the relevant field
Should be qualified in Project Management
