Job Description

  • Client engagement
  • Responsible for managing set of clients and building strong relationship with them
  • Understanding client business issues & expectations
  • Answering clients business questions and providing solutions
  • Ensure continuous engagement with a set of clients given to handle
  • Managing client meetings and presentations
  • Business Development
  • Identifying business opportunity with existing and new clients
  • Effectively pitching for new business
  • Work Planning
  • Managing work with team internally as well as with clients
  • Team Management
  • Training and development of team
  • Ensure team delivers to client expectations


  • MBA
  • At least 4-6 years’ experience in Market Research, with proven value delivery to clients
  • Able to draw insights and answer client business questions
  • Good data interpretation
  • Good communication skills
  • Should have experience of handling a team
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in excel & PowerPoint
