Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative English Copywriter to join our team at Ogilvy PR & Influence. As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling and persuasive content that effectively communicates messages to our target audiences. You will collaborate closely with our client servicing and creative teams to create engaging copy for various marketing materials, including but not limited to website content, social media campaigns, blog posts, advertisements, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and write high-quality, persuasive, and engaging copy for a variety of marketing channels and materials.
• Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and key messages that effectively communicate brand values and resonate with the target audience.
• Conduct thorough research to gain a deep understanding of the target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape, ensuring that our copy remains relevant and up to date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client servicing, social media, and creative to gather information and develop a thorough understanding of all the products, services, and brand voices..
• Assist in the creation of social media content, including captions, posts, and ad copy.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing, and apply them to enhance our overall creative efforts.
• Proofread and edit copy to ensure grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate on creative concepts for marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or advertising agency environment.
• A portfolio of previous work that demonstrates your copywriting skills across various mediums and styles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to tailor copy to different target audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking feedback and incorporating it into your work.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work.
