Job Description

As the Customer Development Executive, they will professionally represent the Meatplus company. Managing the relationship with the customer based on trust and respect. Promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits. They will be enthusiastic about new responsibilities and eager to develop their knowledge with the view of developing within their role. They will be at the core of the business, working cross-functionally with internal teams to develop their knowledge of the company processes.  

Responsibilities

• Aiming to achieve weekly, monthly, or annual targets. 
• Prepares action plans as an individual and as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. 
• Sourcing of new leads, Thru search engines , Thru store-to-store sales calls , Thru Cold callings 
• Organizing sales visits: , Preparation of weekly itineraries, Scheduling client meetings/appointments , Building communication plans for accounts on a weekly and monthly basis (work plans). 
• Demonstrating and presenting products, communicating pricing, and proposals, negotiating the terms and conditions of the sale, closes the final sale. 
•  Function as one of key strategists for clients’ business and ensure sales growth, business entrenchment, customer satisfaction, and profitability for the company. 
• Attending trade exhibits, conferences, and meetings 

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Communication, Marketing, or any related Business Courses.
• At least 1 years of strong sales working experience in the related field are encouraged to apply for the position
• A background in working in sales in the Food industry is an advantage
• Highly motivated individual with strong people and presentation skills
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Will offer to sell in Traders, Wet markets and Processors in North or South Luzon area
• Willing to start immediately
