Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Handling customer inquiries for new sales
  • Obtaining customer feedback after the services
  • Prepare monthly reports which connect to Marketing / Operations
  • Handling the company’s main telephone line and active involvement in customer service

Qualifications

  • School Leavers who have passed three subjects in G. C. E. Advance Level.
  • Any professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
